  • Communication history: messages you send through webforms, email, or the community forum.

We do not request or process sensitive personal data, including information about health, ethnicity, or belief systems. While users may choose to share personal reflections (e.g., their own experiences with the modality), we strongly advise against submitting any third-party or client data, especially if it includes names or identifying details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

  • To process training registration and deliver related services;

  • To facilitate independent coaching bookings and payment processing;
  • To generate invoices and provide transaction-related communication;
  • To respond to inquiries or support requests;
  • To notify you of essential updates regarding your training or account;
  • To maintain the security and functionality of our website and systems.

We do not use your data for advertising, remarketing, or third-party profiling.

4. How Your Data is Stored

We store personal data within secure systems operated by:

  • Odoo, which serves as our CRM and online store environment;
  • Circle, which provides our community forum platform.

Both providers comply with industry security standards and applicable data protection regulations. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as legally required.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for core functionality. We do not use tracking or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics are limited to anonymous usage data used to improve the user experience.

8. Data Transfers

Some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), depending on the location of the systems we use (e.g., Odoo, Circle) and the legacy foundation's operations. We ensure that any data transferred internationally is protected through appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, or loss. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
